For the first 30 days after an item ships you can return the item for either an exchange or a refund.
For any items with a warranty longer than 30 days you can return the item for

Shipping Policy
All orders shipping to a domestic (U.S. based address) with ship the next business day after the order has been placed. All orders shipping to an international address will ship within 2 business days of the order being placed.
